The center is dedicated to enhancing professional opportunities, fostering learning, and supporting the growth of these vital sectors in Saudi Arabia.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Medina for an Admin Officer - Student Support. The role involves managing administrative tasks, providing support to students, maintaining organized records, and responding to inquiries efficiently. Key responsibilities include coordinating communications, assisting with day-to-day operations, and facilitating a positive experience for students through excellent customer service and organizational skills.QualificationsGeneral Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to effectively manage operations and daily tasks.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries and provide student support professionally.Exceptional Organization Skills to manage schedules, documentation, and workflows efficiently.Proficiency with standard office software and tools is desirable.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and prioritize tasks.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, or a related field is preferred but not required.
