In this role, you’ll guide our clients through the onboarding process with their assigned Virtual Assistants (VA); ensuring that our clients and VAs have a smooth transition and ongoing success in their partnership!Part time contract100% remote- always!Flexible schedule-you’ll need about 20 hours a week available during business hours so you’re ready to connect with clients and VAs when they need you.Rate: $20/hrYour day may include:Working with clients in organizing priorities for their VAs to do pre-onboardingFacilitating kickoff meetings with Clients and their assigned VAsMonitor progress, address issues and offer support to both our clients and VAs as their liaisonCheck in with clients periodically to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement and growthMany in our CSS team still work as VAs as well!
