Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Formulate & maintain office policies & procedures according to the guidelineProvide support to all departments as per requestWork professionally, hands-on in a fast growing organizationCoordinating with Admin related dutiesAssisting the line manager on the simultaneous duties.Arrange the day-to-day operations of a variety of office services to ensure that current and future administrative needs are met efficiently, reliably and economicallyEnsure office administration standards and procedures are appropriate for business needs.Monitor, review and approve standard expenditures to ensure that the activities of the office are conducted within budget.Organising employee’s multiple business request, invitation letter and visa etc.Manage ongoing relationships with external suppliers to ensure receiving satisfactory standards of service.Organize or coordinate events based on the business needsQualifications, Skills and Experience:An associate or a Bachelor’s Degree;At least 3 years’ work experience at an admin role;Professional demeanour;Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written);Good organizational skills for any events;Good interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills;Good negotiation skills;Detail oriented and self-driven.
