👉 Please do not apply if you cannot speak Chinese (Mandarin).👈Job description:Issue and process the sales order for customers;Work closely with Finance, Logistics, & Inventory Dept regarding shipment & payment;Work closely with factory to place new order;Prepare monthly Sales Performance Report for management;Responsible to coordinate office administrative tasks in the Company;Other functions as and when required by the Company on ad hoc basisQualification:Min. education of Bachelor's degree from various majors, preferable from accounting/administration/science majorsFresh Graduate are welcome to applyHave good administrative skills, neat, detailed and agile, have good communication skills and problem-solving orientedProficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin) — this is a must.Proficient in using Microsoft Office suiteStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks
