BDO is a full-service universal bank that provides a complete array of industry leading products and services to the retail and corporate markets including Lending (corporate, middle market, SME, and consumer), Deposit-taking, Foreign Exchange, Brokering, Trust and Investments, Credit Cards, Corporate Cash Management and Remittances.The Admin Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support across all Remittance Units.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Administrative Support : Mobilize necessary tasks or activities to ensure end-to-end support to Remittance units such as: Submitting service requests and monitoring fulfillment of the requests for marketing events, premises-related concerns, procurement, and HR-related requirementsManaging the Table of Organization, personnel database, movements, and trainingsEnsure compliance of the team to bank-wide activities (earthquake and fire drills, sports fests, etc.2. Relationship management : Provide timely and accurate feedback to supervising officers and requesting Business UnitsDo proper escalation and handle ad-hoc initiatives as neededQualifications: Bachelor's degree holder or graduate of any four-year or five-year courseAt least 1 experience in project management or marketing services (preferably from a bank or any other financial institution)Has great communication and organizational skills
