Complete knowledge of Odoo Applications; accounting, expense, inventory, project management, payroll etcKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and drive financial performance.Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.Mentor and lead junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Report directly to the Board of Directors on the achievements of the accounting department.Report directly to the Board of Directors on Financial Statements & ReportsCreate and share the future roadmap of the accounting department with the Board of Directors.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, and +7 years in Odoo ERP preferably in the retail sector.Must hold one of the following accreditations: CA, CPA, CMA, or CIA (no compromises).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proven ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving planned goals.Why Join Us?We are serious about our mission and are looking for individuals who share our passion for excellence.
