This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term appointments at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency. Casual appointments may be considered.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 27/11/2026.Position Profile: An opportunity exists for Administrative Assistants to join our team in the South West. The Administrative Assistant – Lower South West is responsible for the provision of a complete clerical, administration and secretarial support to the Lower South West (LSW) Adult Community Mental Health service (Busselton Clinic). The occupant of this position develops and maintains business and data management systems for the LSW Adult Community Mental Health service.Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area.
