Job Description

A1 Earthworx are looking for a highly motivated and organised Administration Assistant/Accounts Payable to join our team.Reporting to the Office Manager your primary focus is to manage a variety if administrative tasks including data collaboration, Accounts payable and Accounts receivable for A1 Earthworx.ResponsibilitiesAccounts payable (AP) including but not limited to entering invoices, recording invoices into bills, reconciling supplier accounts, payment of invoices through MYOB, investigating and resolving supplier queries.Accounts receivable (AR) including but not limited to: invoicing, MYOB invoicing, front line customer service including investigating and resolving customer queries.Effective and clear communication with other team members in the administration team.Answering incoming phone calls.Knowledge And ExperienceExcellent communication skills Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of AP/AR proceduresProficient in the use of MYOB/Simpro (preferred)Competent Microsoft PC skills and aptitudeAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyEnthusiastic team memberAdaptabilityUse of initiative, pro-active and organised approach to workTeamworkAbout UsA1 Earthworx Mining & Civil is progressive company based in Mudgee NSW, undertaking projects throughout Central West NSW.
