The function reports to Department Head.Job ResponsibilitiesManage issues relating to the office building, including facility maintenance, contact with the landlord, meeting room and canteen management, company car and parking space management, etc;Assist in managing  policies and procedures;Assist in managing security issues;Manage office supplies and equipment;Check the mailbox and responsible for delivery, including DHL, Post NL, mail, etc.;Assist in organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities;Arrange local affairs for the Branch and employees;Handle the reception work;Other temporary tasks of the department.CompetenciesAwareness of discipline;Sense of responsibility and hospitality;Communication and coordination skills;Teamwork;Awareness and skills in cross-cultural communication.Knowledge and skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred;Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail;Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;Ability to handle confidential information with discretion;Familiar with Dutch culture;Fluent English (written and oral), Dutch and Chinese preferred.ContactPlease send your resume and self-recommendation letter via email to us (recruitment@nl.icbc.com.cn).
