This position involves a variety of administrative tasks aimed at enhancing customer experience and ensuring accurate documentation.You will be responsible for quoting, booking, order entry, and managing accounts payable tasks, including raising purchase orders. Your attention to detail will be key in entering orders and pricing into our systems promptly and accurately.Ideal Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a motivated individual who excels in an administrative support role and has a passion for customer service.Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication abilities, both verbal and writtenProficiency in data entry and management systemsExperience in customer service or administrative roles preferredProficient Microsoft applicationsPeople person with a 'can do' attitude who is passionate, energetic and shows initiativeOrganised with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and a team playerPrevious experience in administrative controls/ procedures / co-ordinationExperience with purchase orders and invoicingThe ability to multi task and meet deadlines is essentialThe ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
