South Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking Full-Time Administration Clerk/Receptionists within our busy Administration Department.The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following essential criteriaExperience in the Hospital Administration field of at least 2 years requiredExcellent people skills and the ability to relate to all clients in a professional and efficient mannerDemonstrated confidential handling of all client informationMust hold a minimum level 2 certificate in Business Services Administration, or demonstrable experienceExcellent written, verbal and phone techniquePreferred experience in hospital-based system such as WebPas and Microsoft applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be mature and be team orientatedMust have current and valid work rights in AustraliaMust be available to work Monday to Friday (7.30am to 6pm), rotating rosterRelevant probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check and mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to commencement to successful applicants as well as Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and yearly flu vaccination.If you believe you have the demonstrable skills and experiences to undertake one of these roles and would like to join the team at South Coast Private Hospital, we invite you to submit your resume and appropriate cover letter outlining your suitability for the role advertised.
