Responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks, providing administrative assistance, maintaining organized records, and ensuring efficient office operations. The Administration Officer will also be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent customer service and addressing inquiries effectively. Qualifications Strong skills in General Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage office tasks efficiently.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.Exceptional Organization Skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and workflow management effectively.Proficiency in using office software and technology tools is an advantage.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Previous experience within a similar administrative role is preferred.
