Providing support to clinicians and keep patient information flowing smoothly to deliver quality care across the region. You will: Provide administrative and records support, ensuring the secure handling of confidential medical files. Coordinate referrals, appointments, and waitlists to support smooth patient flow. Deliver high-quality customer service to patients, carers, and staff. Assist with general office duties, data entry, and maintenance of patient information systems. Contribute to a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
