You’ll be supported in an environment that values continuous improvement and collaboration.Key responsibilities include: Handling sensitive and confidential information Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with confidence Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Lifting storage boxes (up to 20kg) and scanning large volumes of paper files Must be able to stand for long periods Building strong team relationships and providing excellent customer service Mōu | About youWe’re looking for someone with: Strong organisational and time management skills Proven experience in customer service and information management Excellent communication skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities A team-focused attitude and a sense of humour Nōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step-based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
