You will be a problem solver, someone who is proactive, energetic and organised. As an Administration Support Worker at SAL Consulting you will play an important role in supporting our Practitioners and Operations Team with administrative tasks that include:General office administration and management tasks and reception duties including puchasing, mail, office tidying and upkeep, catering, room booking;Support with meetings coordination including preparing agendas and documents and minute taking;Property, asset & fleet management including liasing with Real Estate agencies, keys & key register, procurement of resources, property and fleet cleaning & maintenance arrangements;Managing remote or interstate travel arrangements including travel bookings, permits, purchasing and preparation.The position will be a good fit for someone who has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, great interpersonal & communication skills, friendly nature, and a sense of humour.We are a small but growing company, and so the right candidate will be flexible and adaptable, open to a change and able to respond to a growing company’s needs and assist with processes improvement.The position is part time (equivalent to 3 days per week, ideally working shorter hours across 5 days per week, but we are happy to be flexible) based in our office in Winnelie, with an option to negotiate some flexible working from home time.What We Can Offer YouSAL Consulting strives to offer staff:A strong and supportive workplace culture; A flexible and family-friendly working environment; Varied portfolios of work consistent with their areas of interest and skills, matched with current projects and individual needs; and Ongoing support, supervision and opportunities for professional development.
