该职位来源于猎聘 Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative and Compliance Assistant to join our team. This role primarily involves supporting the overseas company registration process, including translation, document management, account opening preparation, and KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a good understanding of compliance requirements, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Translation: o Translate documents, and other materials related to overseas company registration and compliance. o Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations, maintaining the original meaning and context.Document Archiving and Organization: o Organize and maintain physical and digital files related to company registration, compliance, and client records. o Ensure all documents are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.Account Opening Preparation: o Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation required for opening bank accounts and other financial accounts for overseas entities. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of materials.KYC Compliance: o Assist in conducting KYC checks and verifying client information in accordance with regulatory requirements. o Help ensure all KYC documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. o Work closely with the compliance team to address any issues or discrepancies.General Administrative Support: o Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records. o Assist with other tasks related to overseas company registration and compliance as needed. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field (graduated in 2025 or 2024).Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of compliance and KYC processes is a plus but not required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
