You will advise clients on FOI, privacy and other administrative law matters; conduct judicial review proceedings including appearing before State and Commonwealth Tribunals and instructing in Courts where required; conduct training seminars and actively contribute to growth strategies and much more!YouAre an administrative/gov't lawyer with 2 to 20 years of PQE gained at a respected law firm and gov't department.
