Main Responsibilities And DutiesProvide administrative support for the organization of educational events.Coordinate travel arrangements for speakers and attendees according to the assigned program and budget.Update and maintain databases of suppliers, speakers, and participants.Prepare event materials and ensure timely documentation.Process payments and follow up on pending administrative and financial procedures.Key SkillsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.Clear and accurate written and oral communication skills; diplomatic and professional in all interactions.Ability to work collaboratively and maintain clear communication within the team.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Confident using Microsoft Office Suite, databases, and online management platforms.Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools will be considered a plus.Education And RequirementsHigher education or professional training in Administration, Tourism, Event Management, Communication, or related fields.Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Catalan, Spanish, and English.What We OfferFull-time employment.A combination of on-site and remote work. 30 working days of vacation per year, plus an additional day off for your birthday.A young, dynamic and supportive team, fostering a positive and cooperative work culture.About Ushttps://www.scienhub.org/
