OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This role focuses on client communications, payment follow-ups, and light financial administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Job HighlightsHourly Rate: USD 5Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 15 hoursSchedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM PDT (Castro Valley, CA)Work Arrangement: Work from homeContract: Independent ContractorSide Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes.
