About the RoleAre you an organised, detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Tauranga team and play a key role in supporting daily operations, quality systems, and communications across our business. In this full-time position, you’ll provide essential administrative and clerical support to all departments, helping maintain efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with our ISO 9001 Quality Management System What You’ll DoProvide comprehensive administrative support across all departments. Tasks may include data entry, filing, correspondence, and record managemnt. Maintain documentation in line with the company’s management systems and proceses. Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and suppiers. Prepare and distribute business documents, reports, quotes, and newsltters. Assist with purchasing, inventory, stationery, and uniformorders. Coordinate accommodation bookings to meet operatioal needs.Maintain compliance with asbestos waste tracking, hours, and WorkSafe notiications. Input jobs and sales leads into CRM Software (Fergus) and assist with quoting and labour alocations. Greet clients, manage calls, and handle customer enquiries proessionally. Support the Sales and Management teams as required with reporting, marketing, and tender dcumentation. Daily locking up of yard, which may include setting alarms, locking doors and gates and bring in flag. About You1–3 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong attention to detail and excellen time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, harePoint, Forms). Experience with Fergus or similar sysems (advantageous).
