We've got a great admin assistant opportunity available in Winder for those who love office work and pride themselves on attention to detail as well as customer service skills!JOB TITLE - Administrative AssistantHOURS - 8: 00am-5: 00pm PAY - $18.00/hr- $25.00/hr (DOE)OVERVIEW- Manage the flow of emails.- Entering and emailing invoices- Filing, organizing, and preparing documents- Answer phones and direct calls-Order office supplies and manage office equipment- Prepare meeting agendas-Create, edit, and proofread documents, reports, or presentations.IDEAL CANDIDATE- Previous office/admin experience is required- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plusEEO NOTICEAtWork is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
