Responsibilities include managing bookkeeping tasks, creating financial statements, maintaining accounting records, and handling financial data with accuracy and confidentiality. The role also involves working with accounting software, processing journal entries, training course co-ordination and assisting in financial and administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.QualificationsProficiency in Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, and Journal EntriesStrong knowledge of Accounting Software and FinanceAttention to detail and accuracy in managing financial dataEffective organisational, time management, and multitasking skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Australian compliance and regulatory requirements is a plusCertificate or Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in a similar administrative or bookkeeping role
