The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including word processing, filing, scheduling, and financial record keeping. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. The successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently under deadline pressure.Responsibilities Provide administrative support through word processing, filing, and faxing. Answer phones and receive/direct visitors in a professional manner. Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings and conferences. Maintain financial records and assist with budget tracking. Obtain supplies and sort/distribute mail efficiently. Compile and assemble information for reports and presentations. Create and modify reports as needed. Compose basic correspondence on behalf of the department or individual. Work on special projects as assigned by management.Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions. Ability to handle routine situations with minimal direction. Capability to work independently under deadline pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
