Our commitment to quality and innovation drives us to deliver award-winning products and exceptional customer experiences.We’re looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Customer Service and Supply Chain team in Leeds.This is a varied position where you’ll support our customer service function in the mornings and our supply chain operations in the afternoons; perfect for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service (Mornings)Manage sales orders from entry through to invoicing and shipping using the ERP system.Create shipping documents, labels, and invoices.Handle loan agreements and coordinate loan shipments.Maintain accurate customs and shipping records.Log customer complaints and feedback using Cognidox.Respond to customer emails and queries promptly and professionally.Keep the CRM system accurate and up to date to support customer service efficiency.Supply Chain (Afternoons)Pick and register assembly and sales orders using the ERP system.Process material requests and manage loaned materials.Perform cycle counts and assist with batch release processes.Provide support to the Supply Chain Manager during absences.Qualifications and ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (manufacturing environment preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade C or above.DesirableExperience with ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Business Central, HubSpot, Cognidox).Knowledge of customs and international shipping processes.Awareness of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and sustainability practices.Full UK driving licence.What We OfferFriendly and supportive team environment.Opportunities for personal and professional development.Exposure to both customer service and supply chain operations.Stable, long-term career opportunity within an established business.25 Days Holiday + Bank HolidaysJob Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
