About us:Enveng Group and its specialist subsidiary, Bennelongia Environmental Consultants, deliver environmental services across Western Australia. Enveng supports major infrastructure and construction projects, while Bennelongia focuses on ecological surveys and impact assessments, particularly for subterranean fauna and short-range endemic species. Both teams share a commitment to scientific integrity and environmental outcomes.About the RoleThis full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm) based in Jolimont, Western Australia, supports daily operations and team coordination across both groups. You’ll manage communications, assist executives, and help maintain a productive and collaborative workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and internal messagesProvide executive support through calendar management and meeting coordinationPerform clerical tasks such as filing, formatting documents, and data entryCoordinate procurement of office supplies, uniforms, and other operational itemsAssist with onboarding and maintain accurate staff recordsOrganise travel and mobilisation logistics, including booking vehicles, flights, and accommodationSupport internal reporting and assist with the preparation of business documentsAbout You:You bring initiative, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
