Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Administrative Assistant role based in Gawcott. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing documents and training packs.Key responsibilities include answering telephones, providing clerical support, coordinating with executives, and assisting with the smooth operation of administrative processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and handling day-to-day office tasks.Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication skills, including professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders.Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership teams and perform advanced administrative tasks.Strong Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, and general office support functions.Keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Experience of Sage would be prefered. Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is preferred.
