We are changing how investment managers deliver information to their investors, and how their investors interact with them and that information in a digital age.Role SummaryThis is a high-impact role at the heart of our business operations. You will provide direct support to our Chief Business Officer (CBO) and our CEO. From managing calendars and coordinating travel, to handling administrative tasks and ensuring legal documents are tracked and HR processes are smooth- you will be instrumental in keeping our leadership focused, our operations efficient, and our team aligned.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a tangible difference in how a growing company operates day-to-day.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and coordination support to the senior leadership.Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel logistics.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications.Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, and budget monitoring.Help maintain accurate data and reporting within our CRM and internal systems.Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and support HR documentation.Contribute to company-wide initiatives, event planning, and internal process improvements.Maintain organised digital filing systems and ensure smooth information flow across teams.Who You AreGraduate with 0-2 years of experience in an operation, administrative, or coordination role.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Canva.Comfortable using productivity and AI tools to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and general business processes is a plus.What’s in it for YouA collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment.Exposure to multiple aspects of business operations within a digital-first company.Opportunities for learning, skill development, and career progression.Competitive salary and benefits package.
