This position works under direct supervision and relies on instructions and pre-existing guidelines to perform the essential functions of the job.As Administrative Assistant You Will Organize and maintain contacts and calendars, including travel logistics and scheduling Answer incoming telephone calls and document and relay messages Arrange for expense advancement, reimbursement, and invoice payments Organize and maintain paper and electronic files in accordance with Firm records retention policies Schedule departmental meetings and coordinate event logistics, including booking conference rooms, ordering food and beverages, sending out event meeting requests and preparing meeting materials and documents Create and submit practice group expense reports and check requests Edit and format documents Coordinate travel and hotel arrangementsJob Specifications High school diploma Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentSuccessful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses.Target Hiring Range $65,400 - $81,700Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
