The company remains 100% owned and operated by university students, providing exceptional service while supporting the development of young professionals.Role DescriptionFull-Time Edmonton, AB$20/hr + Commission + BonusesNeighbourhood Heroes is looking for a highly organized, reliable, early-riser Administrator to run the daily operations of our student-led lawn care and snow removal company. Our best-performing staff have even earned ownership opportunities as the company grows.⸻Position SummaryThe Administrator manages day-to-day operations, supports seasonal sales campaigns, coordinates technician schedules, handles all inbound communication, and keeps the office and warehouse organized. This is a key role that ensures our entire field team can work efficiently every day.⸻ScheduleMonday–Friday6:00 AM to 3:00 PMOne-hour lunchFull-time, in-person at our Edmonton warehouse.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesDaily OperationsOpen the warehouse at 6:00 AM and prepare technicians for the day.Restock drinks, snacks, PPE, signs, and equipment in vehicles.Ensure technicians are dispatched by 7:00 AM with accurate routes and notes.Review and prepare routes for the next day.Customer SupportAnswer inbound calls, emails, chats, and social media messages.Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours.Update customer accounts and property notes in HubSpot.Sales SupportMake outbound calls during seasonal campaigns (approx. 3 per hour).Assist with renewals, upsells, and inbound sales opportunities.Track all communication and activity in the CRM.Scheduling & CoordinationBuild and optimize daily technician routes.Manage reschedule requests due to weather or customer needs.Serve as the main daytime contact for technicians.Office & Warehouse AdministrationMaintain a clean, stocked, organized workspace.Manage deliveries, inventory, and purchasing lists.Complete general administrative tasks and follow up on overdue invoices.Brand & Social Media SupportInteract with local profiles on Instagram, Facebook, and X.Maintain a friendly, neighbourly brand voice through comments and messages.⸻QualificationsSales experience is required - involves a high volume of outgoing sales calls and incoming customer calls.
