Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: North York, OntarioCompany: Orchard WestJob Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewOrchard West is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support across multiple departments. This full-time, on-site role involves a wide range of tasks including front desk management, office coordination, vendor and service management, support for accounting and project tracking.The ideal candidate must be proactive, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple priorities efficiently. Experience with Monday.com is preferred, especially for project tracking and task management.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting clients and visitors professionallyManage phone lines, incoming mail, and courier coordinationMaintain office and kitchen supply inventory, ensure cleanliness of common areas, and liaise with cleaning and maintenance providersOversee office facility needs including fob security system and vendor communicationProvide administrative support to the construction team using Monday.com to track project timelines and milestonesProvide administrative support to the Accounting teamCoordinate bookings for meetings, travel, venue reservations, and manage internal timesheetsSupport marketing efforts including document formatting, branding materials, and updates to Google Business profilesQualifications:Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud storage systems (e.g., OneDrive)Familiarity with Monday.com and QuickBooks is considered an assetAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
