With a wealth of experience, Paxton provides expert management services tailored to each property’s unique needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Pretoria. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating daily administrative tasks, such as managing phone calls, handeling large volumes of admin, working through emails and ensuring cleints are answered. The role also involves supporting executive administration to portfolio managers, handeling insurance claims, arranging meetings, maintaining records, creating clipboard per client, loading tasks on WeConnectU platform, help with meeting/AGM preperations and ensuring efficient office operations. QualificationsMust be proficient on WeConnectU platform. Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsPhone Etiquette and Communication skillsExecutive Administrative Assistance capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be fluent in English and Afrikaans.Previous experience in property management is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications such as BAdmin or related are a plus
