Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Winnipeg, MB. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone calls, and maintaining good phone etiquette. The role also includes clerical tasks, executive support, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skillsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skillsProficiency in Clerical SkillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in property management is an assetHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
