As we enter our development and funding phase, we are expanding our core team and seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-driven Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator to join us.This is an opportunity to be part of a major Canadian innovation project from the ground up.🔑 Role OverviewThe Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator will support executive operations, manage day-to-day communications, assist with scheduling, and help coordinate early-stage projects across design, engineering, partnerships, and funding activities.You will be working directly with senior leadership and playing a key role in organizing the foundation of Falcon Motors.🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling, calendar management, and correspondence.Assist in organizing project documentation, timelines, and task tracking.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Support communication with partners, sponsors, investors, and government agencies.Help prepare presentations, reports, and internal documents.Manage basic office operations, digital filing, and workflow organization.Work closely with operations, design, and engineering teams to support early build-up activities.Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Outreach to investment partners, Communication with corporate alliesFundraising activities and sponsorship proposals & Government funding applications🎓 QualificationsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Bachelor's Degree in Business/Project Management or equivalent experienceExcellent communication skills (written & verbal).Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-moving startup environment.Experience in administration, coordination, or executive support is an asset.Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic project tools (Notion, Asana, Trello) is helpful.Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company.⭐ Why Join Falcon MotorsBe part of one of Canada’s most ambitious clean-tech mobility projects.Work alongside visionary leadership and innovators.Opportunity for fast career growth as the company expands.Flexible working environment (remote options available).Play a meaningful role in shaping the first homegrown Canadian EV brand.This is more than an administrative role - it’s a chance to help build a historic Canadian automotive brand from day one.
