Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant (On-Site – Lima, Peru)We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the company founders across administrative, financial, and operational functions. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency in project management, financial reporting, collections, and overall business operations.🧭 OverviewThe ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proven experience supporting executives in fast-paced environments. You’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.🗓 Schedule & LocationWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Peru time)Contract type: Full-time employment under Peru’s general labor regimeWork modality: On-site at our offices located at Juan de Arona 798, San IsidroTools provided: All necessary equipment and resources will be supplied🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive SupportManage corporate emails, coordinate calendars, and schedule meetingsTake meeting minutes and draft formal communicationsFinancial & Accounting TasksOversee collections, process payments, and perform bank reconciliations using QuickBooks and ExcelEnsure compliance with accounting and financial proceduresProject ManagementMaintain and update project data across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and documentationFinancial ReportingPrepare, analyze, and present monthly financial and operational reportsAdministrative CoordinationOrganize and maintain administrative and accounting files, contracts, and official documentsCross-Department CollaborationWork closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of financial and operational processes✅ Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum 1.5 years of experience in executive assistance, accounting, or administrative rolesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial reporting)Proficiency in Microsoft Word and OutlookAdvanced English – written and spoken
