As the Administration Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of the Senior Years building, providing high-level support to Heads of Year while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Sitting at the reception desk in the Senior Years building, you’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, and will manage a broad range of administrative responsibilities with professionalism and initiative.Key responsibilities include:Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Heads of Year, including attendance and absence tracking using TASS.Managing certificates for student awards and coordinating Senior Years Support Group administration.Supporting the Senior Chaplain with administrative tasks and event coordination.Handling reception duties, responding to queries with warmth and efficiency.Maintaining accurate student records and contributing to the smooth operation of the Senior Years program.Working independently while liaising with adjacent administration teams as needed.About you:You are a confident and capable administrator with a strong background in school environments. You bring:Demonstrated experience in school administration, with proficiency in TASS essential.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a polished, professional presentation.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.A tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various systems and platforms.A proactive, self-sufficient approach and a genuine interest in supporting student wellbeing and achievement.A current paid Working with Children Blue Card (or eligibility to obtain one).Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - nice to meet you.
