About the Role:We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our PRO, EOR, and Supplier Management operations. The ideal candidate will handle documentation, vendor coordination, and employee facilitation to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update vendor registrations and supplier logs.Coordinate with suppliers (medical, travel, courier, insurance, etc.).Prepare supplier job cards and process related payments.Support employee bank account opening and WPS registration.Manage records and documents in SharePoint.Provide backup support to PRO/EOR functions when required.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.1–2 years of experience in administration, supplier coordination, or PRO/EOR support.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.Familiarity with UAE labor laws and WPS is a plus.Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Salary: AED 4,000 per monthPlease note, we check all job applications & only suitable candidates will be contacted within 05 working days.
