Role Description We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant for a full-time, hybrid role based in Lahore, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing clerical tasks, assisting executives, and maintaining professional communication. The role also requires handling phone calls, scheduling, and ensuring efficient office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including record-keeping and office management.Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership teams effectively.Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in relevant office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools).Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.
