Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work some days from home. The Administrative Assistant will focus on providing executive-level support, managing schedules, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and performing clerical tasks. Key day-to-day responsibilities may include managing phone calls, maintaining records, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to effectively handle office management tasks and record-keepingStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact with clients and team members in a professional and courteous mannerExperience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including schedule management and supporting leadership rolesAttention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office or similar toolsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyPrior experience in a similar administrative or support role is preferred but not mandatory
