The organization prioritizes client success and upholds the standards set by CICC. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Surrey, BC. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks, answering and directing calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include supporting high-level executives with administrative needs and ensuring efficient office operations. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks to manage daily office operations and provide support to executivesStrong organizational and Clerical Skills, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office proceduresClear and professional Communication and Phone Etiquette to facilitate effective interactions with clients and stakeholdersDetail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervisionProficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite is an assetFamiliarity with Canadian immigration processes or experience in a similar field is an advantage
