Administrative Business Partner (Hybrid – Ontario)Contract Length: 12 months (Dec 1, 2025 – Nov 30, 2026)Location: Ontario (Hybrid / mostly remote)Industry: Technology / HospitalityAbout the RoleYou will support multiple leaders across Canada and the U.S. by managing calendars, travel, expenses, team events, offsites and project-related initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the backbone of team operations, and excels at organization, communication, and coordination.Must-Have Qualifications• 3+ years providing administrative support in a fast-paced professional environment• Experience supporting leadership teams (calendar + travel + expense coordination)• Strong communication (written + verbal)• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through• Comfortable with collaboration tools / Google SuiteNice-to-Have Qualifications• Experience planning offsites, team events, or onboarding activities• Experience mentoring other administrative professionals
