We are committed to compassion, professionalism, and innovation in mental health care.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Coordinator for our assessment department to oversee and manage our psychological assessment services, including Psychoeducational, ADHD, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), WSIB, and Independent Medical Examinations (IME), etc. This leadership-level role combines client care, coordination, editing, and business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication, clinical knowledge, and operational skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate scheduling and logistics for all assessments (ADHD, Psychoeducational, MVA, WSIB, IME).Edit, format, and proofread psychological and medical reports.Review clinical files to ensure completeness and clarity.Liaise professionally with clients, psychologists, assessors, law firms, and referral sources.Maintain timelines, documentation, and case records with meticulous attention to detail.Contribute to workflow improvements and administrative efficiencies.Participate in business development efforts, including outreach to legal and referral networks.Provide leadership and support to administrative and clinical teams.Qualification & SkillsBachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in clinical, medical, or legal coordination roles.Familiarity with IMEs, psychological assessments, and healthcare documentation standards.Strong command of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and client management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.Leadership potential and ability to work independently and proactively.Why Choose UsYou’ll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking healthcare team with opportunities for professional growth.
