Job Description

Primary duties include: performing a variety of complex administrative duties; scheduling meetings; taking minutes; assisting in the development and management of department budgets; budget tracking; monitoring expenditures; assisting in the preparation of grant management and reporting; and providing support to the Shoshone Recreation District.Preferred qualifications: Proficient with Microsoft Office software, QuickBooks (or similar accounting software), including accounts payable, budget features, and financial reporting; familiarity with grant reconciliation and reporting; strong organizational and communication skills.
