Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our team in managing partner communications, campaign organization, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who loves animals, enjoys keeping things organized, and communicates clearly and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Coordination:Handle follow-ups with partners via email.Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of the team.Assist with the coordination of campaign assets and deliverables.Organization & File Management:Maintain organized Google Drive folders and shared files.oTrack and update partner assets and documentation.Reporting & Data Management:Create and maintain campaign reports using Google Sheets.Collect and compile data from various sources to support campaign insights.Partner Prospecting:Vet incoming partner inquiries and opportunities.Help manage partner lists and outreach tracking.QualificationsFluent in written and spoken English (strong writing and communication skills).Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).Reliable internet connection (back-up generator is a plus).Strong organization and typing skills.Experience with reporting and basic data tracking.Familiarity with Slack is a plus.Must love animals — we work closely with animal-related partners and campaigns!Schedule and Compensation:8 USD per hour20 Hours per week (likely to increase, depending on workload)
