Company Background:The company is a prominent provider of sensory experience solutions with expertise in various core technologies including semiconductor. The company is located in Senai, Johor. Notably, they are the sole micro-component manufacturing company from China ranked in the top 10 company in China. Job Responsibilities:Manage and safeguard the company stamp, including storage, approval, usage tracking, and record maintenance.Maintain accurate fixed asset records, review material requests, and handle timely procurement of office and departmental supplies.Oversee daily office operations, including facility management, meeting roomcoordination, and customer reception.Supervise factory area maintenance such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and minor repairs.Handle employee dormitory management, address feedback, and implementimprovement initiatives to enhance satisfaction.Coordinate business travel arrangements in compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.Implement cost control measures, monitor expenditures, and support administrative purchasing activities.Organize and support company meetings, events, and production schedules to ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or arelated field.Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment.Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.Familiar with manufacturing operations, quality standards, and continuous improvement practices.Working hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (5 days works) Salary: up to rm5kBenefits: AWS (13th month payment)
