Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.Prepare and submit bi-weekly cash flow for HQ monitoring and review.Prepare billing to all respective companies in the Group based on the timesheet prepared by the respective heads.Handle bookkeeping tasks and coordinate with external accounting service providers, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders.Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and digital documents.Handle correspondence, email, phone inquiries, and document preparation.Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and internal communications.Liaise with banks, government authorities and other entities to ensure compliance, and meet operational requirements.Assist with statutory filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.Ensure timely renewal and proper documentation of business licenses and permits, if applicable.Provide translation of documents and conversations between English and Japanese when required.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.Job Requirements:At least a Degree in Secretarial, Business Studies, Administration or equivalent.A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.Proficiency in Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.Advanced proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to translate in both written and spoken forms.Strong organizational and time management skills, resourceful and detail oriented.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThis position will be worked remotely from home and/ or from a co-working office in Tokyo, as determined by management.
