About the RoleIn other to expand our client's international presence,we are looking to hire an Administrative Manager to oversee its financial control, compliance, and administrative operations in Egypt.The role is ideal for a finance professional who combines hands-on accounting experience with strong organizational and coordination skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with local regulations.You’ll work closely with senior management and external accounting partners to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across financial and administrative processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & AccountingManage cash flow, reconciliations, payments, and collections with high accuracy.Oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordination with external accountants.Support inventory and cost monitoring, identifying opportunities for optimization.Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements.Drive improvements in reporting systems and financial procedures.Administration & OperationsSupervise payroll, attendance tracking, and petty cash management.Oversee vendor relations, purchase orders, and service contracts.Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and general office operations.Ensure proper implementation of company policies and compliance with local laws.Maintain organized databases of suppliers and service providers.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure all financial and administrative documentation meets internal and legal requirements.Manage communication with local authorities, auditors, and external partners.Safeguard data confidentiality and compliance with corporate governance standards.Collaboration & Process ImprovementAlign local procedures with regional and global finance teams.Support the implementation of improved systems and operational processes.Profile & CompetenciesBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administration.Solid knowledge of Egyptian accounting and tax regulations.Proven experience managing relationships with auditors and authorities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic (mandatory).Key Attributes:Integrity and confidentiality.Strong attention to detail and accountability.Proactive, structured, and capable of working independently.Effective communicator and collaborator across functions.
