๐ผ Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Assistant Job Code: [JK - OWCA]Position Type: Full-timeWorking hours: Mountain Standard Time, Monday - FridaySalary: $6 - $8 per hour (depending on experience)๐ฃ Job Responsibilities:๐ Digital Marketing & BrandingDevelop and implement social media strategies to boost online presence and patient engagement.Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, relevant posting across platforms.Execute and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive conversions.Manage Google My Business for improved visibility and local SEO ranking.Create graphics, videos, and marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, and editing tools.Write compelling copy for email campaigns, digital ads, and social media content.Design and maintain websites and landing pages for user experience and lead generation.Apply SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to produce compliant, HIPAA-safe content.๐๏ธ Administrative & Operational SupportPrioritize projects and follow up on tasks to ensure timely completion.Manage the doctorโs schedule, including admin and personal appointments.Handle communications with patients, staff, and partners.Maintain reports and statistics sheets for tracking and analysis.Coordinate internal communication and assist with HR tasks such as tracking and scheduling.Support basic accounting, bookkeeping, and documentation.Provide general administrative assistance to keep operations organized and efficient.โ
Requirements:1โ2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or virtual assistance.Proficient in Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools for creating digital content.Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google My Business optimization.Experience with website management using WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms.Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for social media and email marketing.Familiarity with healthcare marketing and HIPAA compliance (preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, HR coordination, and data tracking.Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
