Chambliss Center for Children is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Office Manager to join our team. Under the direction of the President/CEO, this role provides comprehensive support for senior leadership and manages the organization’s administrative office. Local travel up to 5%. Key Responsibilities:             Provide administrative support for the President/CEO and administrative staff to help achieve organizational goals.Manage all aspects of the administrative office, including workflow, supplies, equipment, and mail handling.Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting space logistics (ordering food, setting up technology, etc.).Serve as a point of contact for leadership when they are unavailable.Oversee technology needs and serve as liaison with IT contractor; provide basic tech support for staff.Assist with special projects and event management as needed.Perform other duties as assigned for the benefit of the organization.Education and Experience:Degree in business administration or related field preferred.Prior administrative experience required.Required Skills/Abilities:Outstanding computer, organizational, and time management skills.In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.Professional-level verbal and written communication skills required.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic situations.Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Frequent movement around the office to manage supplies, mail, and meeting setups.Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds occasionally (such as office supplies, packages, or equipment).Occasional bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods during events or office tasks.Chambliss Center for Children is an equal opportunity employer.
