Leveraging a unique pool of talented professionals based in Matosinhos, our operating model ensures scalability, consistency, and quality in service delivery by integrating seamlessly into PwC Luxembourg’s operations and addressing talent attraction challenges sustainably.PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).For this opportunity, your CV must be submitted in English.Your MissionAs part of our team, you’ll contribute directly to the corporate secretarial and administrative support services delivered to PwC Luxembourg’s clients. Working closely with our colleagues in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for maintaining administrative records, handling client correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of legal, tax, and accounting documents. You’ll play an important role in maintaining accuracy, enhancing efficiency, and driving continuous improvement in our day-to-day operations.Be a Part Of Our Team Where You Will Collaborate with our PwC Luxembourg teams to support the delivery of corporate secretarial and administrative services to international clients. Maintain strong client satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Handle the daily maintenance of clients’ administrative records. Deal with client mail and correspondence. Process and prepare legal documents such as company resolutions and minutes. Write communications to shareholders. Assist in the preparation of tax and accounting reporting/documents. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and develop your expertise alongside experienced professionals. About Let’s talk about you. If you have/are … In your final year of, or already have, a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or in Business Administration; Keen to work in young, fast-paced and international teams; Have good people skills, you like to work as part of a team and you are eager to dive into a major company project where your energy, analytical skills, discipline and intellectual curiosity will guarantee success; Are flexible and independent, able to manage several tasks simultaneously, and you can adapt to sudden changes in working patterns; A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and use it on a regular basis; Are proficient in English.
