Job Description

Our client is seeking competent and resourceful personnel to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office, maintain effective communication, and uphold organizational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support across departments.Manage correspondence, filing systems, and document control processes.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.Ensure proper documentation and record keeping in line with company policies.Preparing reports, memos, and internal communications.Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.Handle office logistics and other support functions/related tasks assigned by management. commensurate with experience.Requirements* HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field.* Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in administrative or clerical roles.* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.* Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.* Attention to detail and high sense of responsibility.* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision
